House for rent as ski-lease only, not for long term rental. Does not have a hot tub. Great view from the family room with large computer workstation. Great HOA community amenities including indoor heated pool, hot tubs, etc. Easy drive to Heavenly and somewhat close to Kirkwood and Sierra. Not for rent as long term rental, only for rent as a ski-lease for this winter. Comfy sofa, large dining room table, good kitchen, and endless hot water from a tankless hot water heater. Tenant will pay all utilities, except for internet which is included. Tenant will be required to pay for outside cleaner at least once per month, from our designated cleaning company (about $200-300 per cleaning). High quality foam mattresses in all rooms (except the small twin bed room which has older box spring type). House has a lot of light as it is mostly south-facing. Its on walking trail that goes through the meadow into the woods. Owner pays for water, garbage, internet, and snow removal. Tenants pay for electric and gas.
