first floor apartment in a beautiful hideaway location in the heart of the elmwood village. there's about 10 steps up to it. LOCATION located across from Canisius HS, a 5 min walk down the street to elmwood ave. the elmwood art festival runs from st. james and stops at w ferry. the church at that corner runs flea markets in the nice weather. not to mention farmers markets at bidwell park. it's also close to delaware park, walking distance to Cecilia's Ristorante, 40 Thieves, Lexington Co-Op, Acropolis OPA, Spot coffee, SATO, a public library is right at the corner of elmwood and w ferry. I've made many drunk walks home from Essex St Pub :) we went to village laundry on elmwood across from the 7/11, theres also urban valet dry cleaners around the corner and jennifer julia salon which is amazing (they give you free wine!) or if you want a barber go to dapper j's for free beer. THE NITTY GRITTY pet friendly. the perfect amount of space for a couple or just one person. the bedroom fit our queen bed, 2 nightstands and 2 dressers along the walls. the outside of the building is gorgeous, the neighbors are nice, friendly, and quiet. a cute puppy named Spud lives in the D building. there are 2 washers and dryers in the B building. the only thing is that the wood floors need to be replaced and the girl we sub-leased it from had a dog that scratched them all up, but other than that it's great! the kitchen is newly remodeled, too. there's always ample street parking, and a space is $50 a month... both my husband and I never had a problem finding space. I always felt safe walking from my car to the inside at night, i've even accidentally left my car unlocked and nothing ever happened. there's obviously a regular bath tub but my husband forgot to take a picture of it haha we're only moving out because i had brain surgery and we have to move in with the in-laws since i can't walk and need around the clock care so both my husband and i can't work for 6 months. we would have renewed the lease if this didn't happen to me! i totally didn't want to leave the city like this. If this is your first apartment, make sure you read any lease thoroughly and carefully! any time you sign anything read it through. i didn't do that and their leases basically make you responsible for cleaning, and it's clean right now! pics are in order of living room - dining room - bedroom - kitchen - bathroom. the kitchen lights are cool and can be angled! their office is located at 677 W Ferry St on the same side of the road. all utilities included except internet and cable which you'd have to find yourself. i had spectrum and it was $40 a month for wifi
