The wall unit A/C is terrific! This upstairs unit is one level with a private door to the bedroom, unlike the loft models which are open. It is very rare to find a WASHER AND DRYER included in the unit, so no need to go to the community laundry! You will love the pantry off the kitchen and the breakfast counter is perfect for enjoying meals without taking up space in the unit. Counters are granite. New flooring in the kitchen and bathroom.
