    We are looking for a respectful and clean individual to rent out a private room in our two story town home in the desirable Westwood Village Townhome community. Our house is in a prime location in the interior of the complex, just steps away from the tennis courts and community pool. The room is sunny and quiet, and looks out onto our tree-covered back yard. You will have a shared bathroom (currently private) adjacent to the room as well as your own entrance. Rent is $500 month-to-month and includes all utilities, including WiFi, electric, water, and free laundry. Access to our upstairs game room and newly renovated kitchen is included. Our town home is ideally situated less than a mile from both Beltway 8 and US Highway 69. It is a short 20 minute ride into Downtown and less than 10 minutes from the Westchase district. Convenient street parking is available for you. There is also an express bus stop situated right in front of our community. HBU and Memorial Hermann Southwest are each 5 minutes away. Grocery stores such as HEB, Food Town and ALDI are all a short driving distance from our house. Walmart, CVS, and many more stores such as Best Buy, Marshalls and Ross are down the street. Chinatown, with its many restaurants and shops, is a few blocks from our neighborhood. Our community is a hidden oasis where you can jog or relax in the nature preserve, but we are also close to local area parks such as Crain Park and Arthur Storey Park, as well as a public golf course and the prestigious Westwood Country Club. Interest individuals should send an email introducing themselves in a few short sentences. We are looking for a responsible, smoke-free and drug-free individual. We will require good references, a credit and background check ($50), well as a deposit equal to one month rent ($500) if selected.
