Top it all off with a s'more at the fire pit and a steak from the grill. When you walk in, the open concept living room, kitchen, and dining area create the perfect space for memorable gatherings. The living room features a large Smart TV with all your favorite streaming channels, a huge selection of DVDs, a fireplace, a basket of cozy throw blankets, and plush seating. Whether you're preparing delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen or enjoying a board game at the dining table, the seamless flow of this space ensures everyone can be part of the fun. This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Located off a paved road with distance in between neighbors, drive only 9 miles to Eureka Springs, 4 miles to Table Rock Lake and Holiday Island hiking Trails, and 40 miles to Silver Dollar City. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
