The home has 3 bedrooms and two baths, Wood grain vinyl floors throughout, and stained decks on both the front and back door. There is central heat and air. The home is all electric. Since it sits in Osage mobile home park and is subject to the park rules which includes no outside unattended pets. If you wish to keep the home here you would have to fill out an application with the park. The park is clean with good quiet neighbors. The cheap lot prices include trash, sewer, and water. However if you wish to take it off the property you may do that as well.
