Fun pops of lemon yellow and turquoise are throughout this relaxed condo. In the foyer you'll find the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. When you enter the condo, you could go into the master suite on your left or the "living" side on your right. The master bedroom is a large space with an ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower. There is a king-size bed, from the bed you have views of the courtyard and ocean. There is a queen size sleeper sofa, a TV (with Roku) and a kitchenette with a dorm size refrigerator, toaster, and coffee maker. On the right side is a bedroom with a queen-size bed and TV with a DVD player. The bedroom has access to the bathroom which you can also enter from the hallway. This bathroom has a bathtub/shower. The kitchen with it\'s 2 Keurigs is just the perfect size for your vacation cooking needs. The dining table sits 5 and the kitchen counter has 2 high top chairs. The living room is inviting with a comfy couch which is a queen sleeper sofa across from the couch is a well cushioned chair. From the living room you access the balcony which overlooks the courtyard, pools and ocean. The balcony has 2 high top Adirondack style chairs with connecting tabletop. There is also a 2-seat bench. Sitting on the balcony each morning you'll appreciate how beautiful nature is as the sky comes alive and the sun slowly emerges. This condo has everything within walking distance that you would need while on vacation: the beach, ocean, and if you enjoy fishing, only a mile away is the Seaview Pier. North Topsail Beach Town Park is a mile away and has tennis & basketball courts, a small playground, and a walking trail. The closest grocery store (Food Lion) is a quick 8-minute drive over the bridge. While you walk the gentle slope of the beach finding seashells, shark's teeth and sea glass you will feel grateful that 204B Villa Capriani is a part of your family's story now and for years to come. Our properties are individually owned, and our guests will have use of the entire property! The Area: Topsail is a 28 mile long, barrier island made up of marshes, barrier flats, dunes, and beach. Topsail Beach is home to Jolly Rodgers Pier - once an Observation tower for NASA now a great fishing spot and the best place to watch sunrises and sea life. The Missiles and More Museum is also another great attraction to visit. North Topsail Beach is 8 miles (13 minutes) from Surf City, it is also 6.4 miles (9 minutes) to Sneads Ferry. North Topsail is home to the Seaview Pier. At the Pier, you can go fishing, watch the ocean from the pier, get some ice cream, order from the restaurant.
