The Villa Capriani offers its guests 4 pools: 1 larger and 2 smaller, one of which has a waterfall, and there is also a wading pool for the little ones. There are 2 community hot tubs that (weather permitting) are open year-round. The courtyard is beautifully landscaped to add to the tropical feel, you access the beach from the courtyard. Conveniently one of the best restaurants on Topsail "Splash by the Sea" is right in the lobby. 204B is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with all the comfort and functionality you could want. Fun pops of lemon yellow and turquoise are throughout this relaxed condo. In the foyer you'll find the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. When you enter the condo, you could go into the master suite on your left or the "living" side on your right. The master bedroom is a large space with an ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower. There is a king-size bed, from the bed you have views of the courtyard and ocean. There is a queen size sleeper sofa, a TV (with Roku) and a kitchenette with a dorm size refrigerator, toaster, and coffee maker. On the right side is a bedroom with a queen-size bed and TV with a DVD player. The bedroom has access to the bathroom which you can also enter from the hallway. This bathroom has a bathtub/shower. The kitchen with it\'s 2 Keurigs is just the perfect size for your vacation cooking needs. The dining table sits 5 and the kitchen counter has 2 high top chairs.
