This home is block, most of the inside walls are plaster lath . I put 2 solar fans in the gable ends of the house to help pull out the heat. The house is 41.6 x 24, the screen room is 14 x 7, the man cave 14 x 10.5 the car port is 46 x 12. The man cave use to be the wash room and we turned it in to an office / or third bed room seeing that it has it's own half bath, a shower could be added seeing that there is a drain in the floor. The main house we found out has terrazzo floor ion it, you can use this floor, or it is ready for a new floor of your choice. The size of the yard is 72 feet wide and 120 feet deep not including what there is for road frontage which is probably another 40 feet making it 160 deep. Far as the yard if you are one that likes flowers , in the spring when the what i call road flocks bloom the part of the front yard is blooming in these and after this part of the back yard blooms with a different flower,of course you should not mower the yard when happens. I will be selling this home as is. New roof put on in January 2018, replaced the outside ac pump in 2017.
