New floors, paint, kitchen remodel, doors, etc! Will be move-in ready by July 10th. Can be seen Thursday, July 3rd between 9-5pm, anytime. This is a 1 year lease. Tenant shall pay all utilities including: Electric, Water, Sewer and Trash Removal. Tenant MUST place all utilities into your name(s) immediately upon move-in. Failure to do so is a default under this lease. Pets are NOT permitted at any time, if we find an unauthorized pet, tenant will have to pay a non-refundable pet fee of $250 and remove pet from premises. Tenant may not paint walls, glue mirrors onto walls, change locks or alter the appearance of the unit at any time without the prior written permission of Landlord/Owner.
