This is a must see house because 1) very new condition house (feels like brand new!) 2) only 5 minutes walk to the big park with nice jogging track and exercise equipments 3) only 15 minutes walk to Abertsons and CVS because this is a fast developing area!! 4) only 10 minutes driving to all the major freeways ... Last but not least... We've got a lovely and friendly neighborhood =)
