It needs some work, but Liveable while work is being done. There is a credit check for lot rent that the office will do. I think that is $25 to $45 but im not too sure, you will have to contact the office for that information. The mobile home is still in good contition but needs a little TLC that I just dont want to do. I will accept all offers!! I just want to sell right now so I can move!!
