Electric generally ranges from $140 in the off-season to $280 during peak usage months. Water is usually about $20 per month. Pets restricted to one cat and one dog with a non-refundable pet deposit of $250 for the first pet additional $100 for the second pet. $750 security deposit. No painting walls. No smoking inside the home. No broken down vehicles or parking on lawn. Deposits and first months rent due at signing. Automatic deposit for rent is required. Credit check and background check required with application.
