It is still 100% dedicated to you and within your private rented space, just a few steps removed from the main rooms. -Kitchen Ventilation: Because the kitchen utilizes a recirculating microwave hood with charcoal filtration rather than an exterior exhaust, we provide a freestanding HEPA air purifier for the apartment. To help maintain excellent indoor air quality for the whole house, we simply ask that tenants run the hood vent and the HEPA filter whenever cooking.
