I provided the floor plan from 2012, the "Bonus Room" was divided in two with one side a bedroom with a private entrance and two closets added. Bathroom in hallway was renovated by TLC Plumbing with new bathtub/shower head and tile added. 2017: - New roof installed on house and shed by AAA Roofing 2018: - Tore down cinder block fence around pool, pool filled in with dirt, concrete poured over pool and formed driveway on east side of house, driveway entry at curb to garage enlarged to better accommodate asphalt parking. Built cedar fence to enclose east side of backyard. Ductless heat and refrigerated air added to fourth bedroom by Wagner Mechanical. 2019: - Sunroom enclosed by Jeebs & Zuzu, sliding glass door was converted to swinging door and glass block and new carpeting installed in sunroom by Enchantment Carpet. Jack & Jill bathroom renovated closing it off to a master bath by TLC Plumbing. New hot water tank installed by TLC Plumbing. 2020: - Remote controlled gas insert fireplace with temperature control installed by Fireplace Showroom.
