Well kept home with nice features, perfect for a family with children and pets. An in-ground pool can be built in the yard - it's big enough. Lots could be done to the back yard - has magnolia trees and others and lots of birds! Neighborhood Description Silver Creek is an upscale development that is fairly large (it goes for blocks) and has two parks that I know of, Wilderness Park and Silver Creek Park. There's a community center and a school. Wilderness Park is less than a five minute bike ride from my home. The houses and yards are well cared for and there's shopping right off of Harris, which is our major cross street. Yeah shoppin! There's a Sam's Club, Kohl's, Petco, Walgreens, and numerous restaurants and businesses just a half mile to a mile and a half up the road and in between. This is a great area to live in and is very convenient. It's close to Taft Highway and Highway 99. Harris is between District and Panama and is situated in a perfect part of town.
