First tenants stayed 4 years, current have been here for 5 (they are buying their own place in our neighborhood!). Roads are snow packed in winter (fun for sledding!) the home is backcountry ski in & out. You can also connect to the house from side country accessed from Park City Mountain Resort. We are looking for another long term renter, starting as soon as Mid February. If you love Park City, but not the crowds this is the place for you. One large bedroom & separate guest room/office, 1 full bathroom. Views out back windows of likely the biggest trees in Park City and year round Toll Creek for cold plunge after using the Sauna! Its a paradise. Single car garage with room for all your gear and other storage needs. This rental is the mother in law unit of the home, there is another unit were owners live. Owners are in their 30s, outdoor enthusiasts, and easy going. Looking for a long term renter.
