This vacation home features a large 30 x 15 foot south facing pool, kiddie pool and an above ground spa in addition to a large west facing sun bathing area. The main pool depth ranges from 3 to 6 feet.. The circular kiddie pool is 16 inches deep and great for young children to enjoy. Both pools and spa have lights for a night time swim. We travel with our family and most of our guests do too. The house is equipped with your family in mind. If your family is happy then you are happy and can actually feel like you are on vacation. Great location: it is the largest home in rolling hills estates, the second closest vacation rental community to walt Disney world, Orlando, less than 2 miles away. Yard & private tot lot: it gives your children plenty of room to enjoy the private tot lot with a little tikes play castle with slide, 3 little tikes play houses, and 2 little tikes climbers. There is also a pas barbeque and a spare tank of gas. Pool deck: the pool deck and sun tanning area are great places for everyone to recline and enjoy the Florida sunshine. Lounge in resort style comfort. Our lounge chairs all have cushions for your comfort. Entertainment areas: the family room has a vaulted ceiling, sofa, love seat, chair, and TV, DVD player, and a stereo. There is DVD viedo library consisting of children's movies and popular movies for your enjoyment. Whether you are finished park hopping for the day or just taking a day to relax with your family, you will enjoy the well equipped games room. For your entertainment, the games room comes complete with a full size slate pool table, 7 foot air hockey table, and foosball, or just relax on the sofa. Every bedroom and even the games room and loft have a TV, totaling 11 TV in all. Everyone can watch just what they please. Loft: children can enjoy privacy in the cozy upstairs loft, where you will find a play station and games, TV and DVD player. Eight bedrooms: all linens are provided. Master 1, the main master suite has a king bed, 50 inch plasma TV and DVD player. This suite is perfect for a young family with the full size wooden crib, and ensuite. Master 2, has a king bed and private bathroom, TV and DVD player. Master 3, has a king bed and private bathroom, TV and DVD player. Master 4, has a king bed and private bathroom, TV and DVD player, and is right beside a 3 piece bathroom. Mickey & Minnie bedroom: children can live their Disney adventure in a mickey & Minnie themed children's bedroom which includes 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed, a cozy window set, TV, DVD player. Cuddle up with a child size (4 foot) plush mickey & Minnie. This bedroom also has a private bathroom. Tiger & Winnie the pooh: snuggle up with a child size (3 foot) Winnie the pooh and tiger after a long day at animal kingdom in our hundred acre woods bedroom which includes 2 twin beds, Winnie the pooh TV and DVD player. Cars bedroom: your kids will love our Disney cars themed bedroom. This main floor bedroom has 3 twin beds, TV, DVD player. Princess: treat the princesses in your family royally with their own princess themed bedroom with 2 princess carriage twin beds, a toddler bed, TV, DVD player. 5 full bathrooms: hand held shower sprayers on all showers and tub/shower combinations, bath towels, hand towels, pool towels, face cloths and hair dryers in each bathroom. Children items: it comes complete with what you will need when traveling with children. We provide all children's items free of charge. 5 strollers, 3 high chairs, 3 pack and play , 2 bedrails, baby monitor, baby gate, plush toys, and books. Kitchen amenities: this vacation home comes complete with full equipped kitchen even Disney dishes just for kids. In the kitchen you will find full size refrigerator/freezer(with ice-maker), electric stove, dishwasher and microwave. There is also an electric kettle, 2 coffee maker, 2 toasters, a crock p tenant responsible for utility
