This neighborhood is the best we have ever lived in. It is friendly, offers many venues for becoming neighbors, such as the Know Thy Neighbor dinner hosted by a family and 5-6 other family members bring in dinner and all get better acquainted with a small group. There are yatching, tennis, fishing, and Women's clubs as well The community is diverse in home styles and the people that that live in them. The 300 A lake is the focus and most folks who live at Weatherby Lake( a 4th class city) enjoy the great outdoors in some form. It is just minutes from Zona Rosa, a town center area as well as schools, churches and of course, the International Airport. I truly can not say enough about this small town resort living with the acess to so much more.
