The space has a large master bedroom with a walk in closet. The unit has brand new heat/central air conditioning and a nice size kitchen as well as an attached garage and fenced yard. This place has lots of storage, with each room having a decent sized closet along with a coat closet at the entry. There are washer and dryer hookups and we are willing to negotiate including a set in the unit. The place is located less than a mile to the Max with easy access to 205. It's great duplex setup as the two separate garages divide the units, and the only shared space is the driveway. As we would be your landlord neighbors, here's a little about us. We are former outdoor guides who have relocated to Portland as a student helicopter pilot and a tourism professional, traveling and general adventuring are our passions in life. Our newest adventure is fixing this place up and turn it into a wonderful space. As we hope to improve the property we are happy to provide materials for any agreed upon updates to the unit. We would also consider rent concessions for any agreed upon larger projects to the unit. We love community and hope that our neighbors/tenants can help create this. Utilities are paid by the tenant, trash/recycling/compost paid by us. The lease terms are flexible. We prefer a smoke free environment, no smoking is allowed on premise. Background checks are performed on each adult living on premise at the cost of the applicant. Pets accepted on a case by case basis with pet deposit.
