Not an old person's home anymore! Old cape cod modernized. Every wall has been redone with new paint. All ceiling fixtures have been replaced. The kitchen is banging with everything less than 6 years old. Black sparkly granite counters with matching floors. Both bathrooms redone. Basement has two finished rooms while the unfinished is laundry and storage. The backyard goes for days! Pain in the butt to mow but awesome for kids. The front is all parking for safe bike riding and chalk drawing. Also good for cars. All the pictures taken were after a 5 year old had destroyed every room so if you think it looks good, imagine it clean; or with your style!
