It was remodeled about 10 years ago, whole house tile, extremely comfortable with a glassed in porch and a private garden. It also has a built in computer desk/closet. All windows are tinted with nice window dressings. The kitchen is modern, the baths are modern with cultured-marble tops that give extra space. Having ample space on a bathroom countertop can be life-changing! Modern toilets, etc. This is a must see. Kings Point is also known for their world class Theatre and Golf Course!!! Since the back porch is glass-enclosed with a window AC unit, it can make a three bedroom home. A sitting room, smoking room or just an extension of the room. The kitchen wall has not been removed, some people do not want their condo to smell like dinner, and when you do remove the wall, you lose cabinets, so you have to add them across the back wall which makes the condo claustrophobic and leaves no room for a dining table...Your preference! And a super low HOA fee!!! You can buy a cheaper unit, but you will be sorry later! Ps. Sorry about the messy pics, I have 3 homes worth of furniture in here as well...
