Hi, I am looking for a roommate to share my luxury apartment that has your own private bedroom and private bathroom. We share all the common areas. My apartment is located in a luxury security building with a security garage on a quiet street in Panorama City, which is adjacent to North Hollywood and Van Nuys in the San Fernando Valley. My apartment building is convenient to grocery stores, malls, theaters, schools, and the 170/101/405 freeways. I am located 1 block East of Woodman and about 6 blocks South of Roscoe. If you take the bus, the bus stop is about one and a half blocks from my apartment. If you have a computer and television, there are hookups in your bedroom, and I pay for the Internet and TV service, so no cost to you. The kitchen is modern with 3 microwaves, a stove/oven, a refrigerator, and plenty of kitchen cabinets and drawers, and ceramic tile countertops. Very nice. The dining area has a large dining room table that is long enough to invite your friends over if you would like to treat them to a meal in your new apartment. The living room has two couches, a recliner, and a piano for you to entertain your friends. If you have friends over, there is parking on the street. The apartment has beautiful laminated flooring throughout, while the bedrooms have carpet, providing you with a nice warm feeling to walk on. My unit has its own washer and dryer. You will find that very handy compared to dragging your clothes to go elsewhere to do your laundry. Nothing like having your own washer and dryer at your fingertips. If you drive an EV, there is an EV hookup in your parking space in our Security Garage. The private bedroom and bathroom are available on May 10, 2025. The current rent is $1,300.00/Per Month, and we split the electrical bill, which is approximately $60.00 Per Person, depending on the use of the Central Air-Conditioning and Heat. As a roommate, you will find me a very nice person who is friendly and very easy to get along with, plus I have a great sense of humor and am a good listener. I am a non-smoker, I do not drink or use drugs. I would appreciate it if you were a non-smoker and did not do drugs. A social drinker is OK.
