A short walk will take you into the heart of WeHo with its great bars and bistros. The cottage has a full kitchen, queen bed and small sofa bed, and a desk with garden view. Basic WiFi is provided, and utilities are covered by owner. The bathroom is teeny --but has a beautiful vintage claw-foot tub and shower. A private garage with ample room for storage is available for a separate fee. Month-to-month rental with one-year lease required by West Hollywood. Security deposit of $1000 + $300 cleaning fee required at time of lease signing. No pets, no smoking. Private garage parking available for an additional fee.
