We have amazing views from our backyard with visibility up to 30 miles away. A great place to watch the sunrise over the mountains! We have artificial turf, a play house, an outdoor grill and a patio with additional seating and dining areas. Our home has an over-sized kitchen with a 12' kitchen island and 6 stools. With an open concept first floor, the living room, dining room and kitchen flow together beautifully. We have 4 bedrooms (one king, one queen and two twin beds) and newly remodeled bathrooms. Our home is on a quiet street in a lovely neighborhood surrounded by parks. We are close to many attractions such as Sea World, the San Diego Zoo, Legoland, The Wild Animal Park and Disneyland! This is a great place to be for the summer! Leasing 8 weeks from 6-20-2021 to 8-14-2021. Fully furnished. Utilities and weekly housekeeping services included. No pets and no smoking.
