House is partially powered by solar panels. This is a very clean and comfortable home with newer appliances and kitchen. House and occupants are protected by 24/7 4k video surveillance cameras that cover all external exits and parking areas. The room itself is unfurnished. The cost is $800 a month FLAT for the room and includes ALL utilities. Individuals over 18 only, please. Lease is month to month. Each month's stay is paid in advance and you are 'pay as you go'. One month's FULL rent and a refundable $400 deposit is required to move in. Stay as long as you like. There is no minimum or maximum lease duration; however, the deposit is only refundable after you have stayed at least 90 days. You MUST have reliable full-time employment to live here, no exceptions. Payments must be in cash, MO, Cashiers Check, or Zelle.
