Here is more information about it: - 930 square feet - large backyard - 2 parking spots in the driveway - pets allowed (the place has been kept very clean) - Rent is $850 a month with $9.50 for liability coverage if you do not have your own renters insurance. - Looking to sublease by September 29. Deposit is $850. In order to qualify you will need to make at least 3x the monthly rent, have a credit score of 600 or higher, and they will do a background check. Evictions or landlord claims may immediately disqualify you. I posted a link below for an idea of the interior. This is not the actual residence, but the same floor plan.
