The condo faces northwest and you can see all of Nassau Bay, the end of Clear Creek, a bit of the beginning of Clear Lake, Johnson Space Center and even downtown Houston from here. The location is great and the sunsets are spectacular! This is a cozy 2 bedroom/1 bath condo on the top floor of a 4 story building, (but it's called the 3rd floor.) The living room and kitchen are an open space separated by the long kitchen counter. The outside AC unit was replaced in 2010. The inside AC unit was replaced in 2007 and was completely serviced in May of 2016. It works spectacularly and efficiently. The condo was almost completely redone in 2009 and what has NOT been replaced are the kitchen cabinets and counters, the microwave, the bathroom floor, the light bar above the bathroom sink, the wallpaper, the bathroom sink and the base, and the sheet rock (except for around the tub, which is concrete board.) Even the door knobs and hinges and outlets and light switches were replaced. Included are a pair of chairs that were custom made for the height of the living room side of the counter, the mini-blinds made for the huge bedroom window, which has heat reflective film, roll down blinds on the balcony, and a grocery cart. Not included is the shower head or a washer and dryer. (Hey, I love that shower head!) There are 2 elevators and 3 stairwells. The ground floor of the building is the lobby, the garage, laundry room and pool, and the newly redone workout room access is by the pool. The condo has one parking spot in the garage, but there is also parking in the lot inside the gate. The building is on the Wharf Marina, but there is no boat slip included with the condo. However, if you have a boat, a slip can be bought or leased. The only restrictions are no exotic pets, no dogs over 20 pounds, and no fishing from the docks or decks. But you can fish from the lawn. The owner and a cat currently live and work in the condo. (Well, I work, the cat sleeps.) Appointments for showings will be after 4 PM weekdays and after 1 PM weekends.
