Very private and gated with its own patio, private pool access, and 1 car parking spot in a safe gated lot. washer and dryer included.Two blocks up Northridge hospital, close to bus stops, and a lot of laces to eat. Owner takes care of all utilities. We prefer no smoking in the home, but outside in your own private patio is fine. Pets are allowed. We do collect a cleaning fee and a pet fee (per animal). Also, these fees are to be paid up front in lieu of a security deposit. Please discuss all fees with landlord.
