I love this block because it faces a park, easy access to public transportation and easy access to the city and expressways. The schools arem newer, nice classroom sizes and the taxes are cheaper than Chicago. Futhermore, my house is one of 7 remaining post war conmstruction houses and the rest are 2-4 year old all brick mansions.
