OTHER ITEMS: The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. LOCATION: Less than 4 miles from the Empire Polo Grounds; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is close with Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less than 15 minutes form I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations. ESTIMATED DISTANCES FROM THE VACATION HOME - Empire Polo Fields: LESS THEN 4 MILES! 15 minute bike ride. - Old Town La Quinta: 5-7 minutes - Indian Wells Tennis Garden: 10-15 minutes - Palm Desert/El Paseo: 15-20 minutes - Downtown Palm Springs/Airport: 30-40 minutes - LA/OC/SD: Roughly 2 hours without traffic GUEST ACCESS- Guests have access to the townhome, private side yard, and La Quinta resort amenities. The rental is accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the home through your entire stay. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible! Other things to note . - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS - WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT? Check in is after _4pm_____ local time, and check out is _11am_____. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!) WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY? Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a "code" rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation. DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE? Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. IS THE COMMUNITY POOL HEATED? Yes, during the winter the pool is kept around 84 degrees and the hot tub is pre set to 101 degrees. CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME? We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS? No we do not. Our home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA. We do recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker to enjoy! DO YOU ALLOW PETS? No cats, certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs 25 pounds or less will be considered at an additional fee. Located in the prestigious private housing of La Quinta Resort. Full resort access!
