Sweet country cottage on a 1 acre lot in town. Large, spacious living room with decent sized bedrooms. All appliances have updated recently. The roof is part slate (great condition) and the rest has been recently replaced with shingles. All the windows have been replaced with easy to use double-pane windows. A wood stove has been installed but mostly for use if the power goes out in the winter. Otherwise the mini split units that we installed on either side of the house work well. It is the oldest house in Dillwyn and was well built to last.
