I am looking for someone to take over my lease for the remainder of the contract which is through August 31. Option to continue lease is also available. I have lost hours at work and can no longer afford the rent. Wood floors in living area, carpet in bedroom and tile in kitchen with nice white cabinets and granite counter tops. Quiet and safe area off of Daniels pkwy and close to shopping and convenient to I-75. Please contact me for further details, I am flexible and can make it happen as soon as you need it. The person that takes over the lease needs there own electricity and you pay water with rent. there is a washer/dryer hookup in the apartment and there is are shared ones.
