Custom built in 2010. First floor master suite. Semi-private lot with woods on 3 sides. Plenty of room for a garage, which was my plan when I built the house. There is plenty of yard that we used for gardening, parties, and other outdoor activities. Your neighbors are close but not too close, perfect if you ask me. I hate to sell the home, but had no choice but relocate.
