This is a non-smoking property. Smoking, vaping, and the use of any tobacco or cannabis products are prohibited inside and outside the property. Maximum occupancy is 3 persons. Additional overnight guests may not stay for more than three consecutive nights without prior written approval from the landlord and may be subject to additional fees. No parties, events, excessive noise, or disruptive behavior are permitted. Tenants are expected to respect the quiet residential nature of the community and comply with all neighborhood and HOA rules.
