The bathroom has instant hot and cool water. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, electric cooker, microwave, and refrigerator. You can use my cooking and dining utensils during your stay if you like! <br><br>There is no strict requirement for you, the only thing is that pet is not allowed and no decoration or ornaments can be displayed in the balcony. The minimum stay is 5 days however, its negotiable. <br><br>The bus stop is right across the street and this bus can go open minded to downtown, shopping centers in less than 30mins.
