Woodbridge Village is a beautifully maintained, low drama community consisting mostly of owner occupants. The home is spacious and is in the process of being updated with new carpet, flooring, paint, lighting, and other good stuff. There are large windows and even a wood burning fireplace. The exterior space is very nice as well. The large grassy areas and a private fenced in patio make it feel less like an apartment and more like a home. There is reserved parking right outside your front door. Located in the Worthington School District, Liberty Elementary, McCord Middle, and Kilbourne High Schools are within easy walking distance. (The basement is finished, and was a space my teenager loved). The condo is all electric (no natural gas), with an energy efficient heat pump. Water and trash are included in the rent. Good pets are welcome, and there are no additional pet fees or deposits. The pictures are terrible. I'll get new photos as soon as the work is completed. This home features an energy efficient electric heat pump. There are no other utilities, as there is no natural gas and water is paid by owner.
