There is lots of built-in storage, with dedicated space set aside for anyone who moves in with us. The bedroom is 10x14, with a shared bath with big cabinets. The kitchen, inside fridge, garage fridge, dining area, pantry, living room, and laundry room are shared. The entire house has new LVP flooring! There is designated parking outside. There is also some room to store things in the garage. I am a 27-year-old, single woman. There is another 20-year-old woman in the other bedroom. I am looking for another single woman to join us. It is a relaxed and beautiful place to live in the country, but still be close to the city. The house is furnished, but the room is bare. Absolutely no cats/dogs - we have several pets in the house and don't have room for any more, but for the same reason, you will need to be okay with animals. We have cats and a dog who are very sweet. It is a small farm-style property. I also have outside animals/livestock. The rent is $700 per month with a deposit of $700. Rent does not include utilities - electric/trash/internet are split equally and are not high. There is a non-refundable application fee to cover background checks. No eviction history within the last 3 years. Must have references. Available starting immediately.
