There will be a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet if you have any pets. $1,500 Refundable security deposit. $150 Non-refundable move-out carpet cleaning fee. Due before move-in. This is a non-smoking rental. The tenant pays for utilities and is responsible for landscaping maintenance. Washer and dryer are not included but there are hookups (gas or electric for the dryer). Upon application we will run a credit and background check. Application fee of $25 for each application/adult.
