The well proportioned living room occupies approximately one third of the first floor. There's a nice sized front and back yard. Easy to cut, even with a push mower. The back yard is surrounded by a privacy fence and features a concrete patio. The driveway is shared with the neighbors, but there's easily enough parking for three vehicles. There is a detached two-car garage, but it's not available to the renters at this time. Restaurants, a grocery, Shawnee Elementary School, Shawnee Park, and the Little Miami leg of Xenia's bike path are all just a few minutes walk from the front door. The house is being placed on the market for the first time since being completely refinished. This includes new plumbing, HVAC, electric, and paint. The original floors have been refinished and many of the home's period details have been preserved. We insist on potential renters view the property before applying. If interested in turning this house into your home, we'll share our application procedure with you after the tour. No applications will be accepted without first touring the home. Fee's include a $39.99 per person screening report and must provide 1st month rent and security deposit before moving in. Renters are responsible for all of their utility costs, lawn mowing, and snow removal. Microwave and dishwasher are included, but other appliances will need to be provided by the renters. Rent will be due in full on the first of the month. Initial lease is for one year. Subsequent leases may be month-to-month, six months, or one-year duration. Section 8 Housing is not accepted. Waterbeds, smoking / vaping, pets, window air conditioners / space heaters are not permitted.
