Our community spaces have mature apple, cherry, mulberry, and apricot trees. Space rents start at $650 for a 36 foot wide space. 50 foot wide spaces also available. Water and sewer is included in the rent. Tenant pays electric, trash, and internet. Background check and good credit history required. At this time we do not have homes to rent. You must own your own tiny home to park it here. Rent is for the lot and utilities only.
