The house has some water damage to part of the exterior front wall that needs to be addressed. I currently live in the house so it can be occupied during renovations. The D.O.T. is well into a project to by-pass the town of Warthen and according to their plans the house will then be on a culdesac with no through traffic. I will consider selling living room furniture, dining room furniture and one bedroom set
