We are not a "party house" and do not allow events (weddings, parties, fundraisers, etc..) at our property. We have great respect for our neighbors and make sure we do not allow usage of our home that would interfere with the peace and quiet of our residential neighborhood and our beautifully historic older buildings other residents.
