I like that it's gated has a pool, gym, dog park and playground and w/d inside unit. I like that it's not outdated and was quiet I have a studio apartment that I am subletting for the remainder of my lease which is until Dec 2020. It's on the first floor. New carpet non smoker and I had no pets. It has a washer dryer in unit and a walk in closet. The reflections is a gated community with playground swimming pool and dog park. You will need to fill out an application and get approved by management. Which can be done and online I currently pay 650 a month and I believe every other month I pay water that management will bill you for. You will in charge of the electric cable and renters insurance. It's a great lock in rate as currently their rates for studios are around 800 now. The place is very nice and quiet and secure. I loved the place and the area there but I since then relocated.If interested feel free to contact me. Serious inquires only please.
