Apartments have been remodeled with brand new kitchen cabinetry and bathrooms. Given its close proximity to UK Healthcare facilities and several professional colleges, MVP has historically had a resident base of serious-minded individuals who value quiet and clean surroundings. Parking comes with the apartment and is free of charge. There is also on-site laundry. What differentiates MVP from other apartment communities is its management. Dedicated. Responsive.
