We have fully remodeled this place. There is not a single inch of carpeting anywhere in the house, Hypo-allergenic. Everything inside is quality made including more expensive wall paints. Condo is easy to clean and maintain. A phenomenal fireplace is in the living room to enjoy cold winter evenings. This condo is on the south side, there is always plenty of day-light, be ready for lots of sunshine. Fairfax Manor is an amazing condominium community. I absolutely love, enjoy and care about this association. I have served of the board of directors for 5 years. We have not raised a maintenance fee not a single penny during this time. We have one of the best property management companies in Cleveland area and everybody loves them. In general, association is doing well and Im available to answer any additional questions. With that, since the addition of our 2nd child, we are running out of room and need to move to a bigger place. Im selling this condo way below purchase price and ignoring investment made to remodel this unit, all to make things easier and quicker.
