Please note that this home does not come with air conditioning. The home does come with a set of portable ac units for your use. A new heater has been recently installed. Please note this is a fully furnished rental and all utilities are included. There is a two month lease minimum. Please verify these are still available timelines with our staff when inquiring. Please note that this is not a long term rental. Minimum cleaning fee of $250 will be charged upon move out. A standard exit inspection will be done before move out regarding any other potential move out fees. The Seaside Village Community offers a pool, spa, tennis court, basketball court, and Club House for special events. Please check availability. (Long term would be anything over a year) 7. What is your anticipated move in date?
