Spacious living room area that can fit up 2 extra beds or a couch. Rent is as follows: 1 person= $1200/month 2 people= $1700/month 3 people= $2200/month Limit of 3 people max. Water, electricity, and garbage included in rent. First and last months rent with a $1500 deposit is required prior to move in. The large space is unfurnished and is available for rent now! Ideally, we are looking for a commitment of 6-12 months and the lease/contract will be month to month. Students welcome, 40+ years welcome, couples welcome, COVID responsible. Quiet hours are between 10pm-6am. Background checks will be done and all references will be called to verify current or previous living situation. Rent includes gas, water, and garbage.
