One studio has an excellent rental history and the other studio with a full kitchen is where we enjoy our summers. The side with the full kitchen has a murphy bed. You have the choice to either have one or two seasonal rentals or you have your own personal summer retreat. There are two separate entrances, but also a door in between connecting both. The choice is yours! There are two laundry rooms with one designated just for owners. You are just a 10-minute drive from quaint Boothbay Harbor and many other coastal attractions. For boat lovers you'll be excited to hear that this community has deep water access! There's a beautiful new pier and wharf and plenty of room for your mooring. We love this small community of Water's Edge and have made many lifelong friends here. The west facing sunsets are utterly amazing. We love how quiet it is and how easy it is to access all the restaurants and attractions of Boothbay Harbor. Our 2nd floor condo makes for spectacular views. We love having our morning coffee or evening glass of wine on the specious deck or lunch down at the pier. We think this property is one of the best values around with it’s million dollar view!
