TWO ROOMS AVAILABLE STEPS FROM CENTRAL SQUARE Hello! Two rooms will become available in my apartment on August 1st for a one-year lease. This is a great place at the center of it all. A 10-minute walk from Central Square and the T Redline, buses, and Bluebikes. Other short walks: 10 minutes to Inman Square, 20 minutes to Harvard, or 25 minutes to MIT. All the amenities you need are just minutes away! About the place: three bedrooms, two living rooms, a full-size kitchen with dining area, patio, laundry, and enough room for a bike in the basement. A parking spot or two should be available for an extra $200 per month behind the building. Street parking is tight, but not impossible. What I'm looking for in roommates: preferably professionals in their 30s and 40s, LGBTQ friendly, also like to keep a clean place, respectful, good communicators and can resolve conflict, and are considerate of their roommates and neighbors. Ideally, I'm looking for people who are pretty settled and willing to stick through the lease. If you're lowkey and this sounds good, I look forward to meeting you! Here are the no's: No couples, no drug users, no heavy drinkers, no smokers, or people who vape. I'm not against cannabis, but most definitely no smoking or vaping inside. None of the current roommates has pets, so you'll have to take that up with the broker. Also, you would have to consider the other roommate. I'll be happy to coordinate introductions once everyone is approved. Other note, I'll get pictures of the rooms up ASAP, but I needed to get this posting up. And one of the rooms has French doors, and gets closet space in the hallway (you'll have to see it in person). Again, this is a one-year lease (12 months). Costs for EACH room: Broker fee $1,500 First month's rent, $1,500. Does not include utilities. Deposit $1,500 The total to move in is $4,500. Showings are on weekends. Weekday showings need to be scheduled well in advance. Serious inquiries only, all three renters need to be ready to sign ASAP. Owner pays for water. Renters pay for the other utilities and internet, approximately $160 each.
