Rent includes all utilities (water, fuel for hot water, trash) except electricity, and internet. Lease goes until August 31st of 2025, with the possibility to renew. Also it is flexible if given enough time. My roommate is being transferred out of Boston, so I'm searching for a new roommate if anyone knows of someone looking, let me know. No smoking allowed
